How we can transfer acts in the physical world to work with the digital world.
My Impression
The ideas and technologies that were demonstrated were very impressive.
I can not point to one thing that was significant of this talk except for the technological break throughs of bringing the physical world and digital world together.
Here are some examples that Pranav demonstrated.
He disassembled two standard ball mouse and reconfigured the four rollers to fit on his fingers so that when he moves them the pointer on the computer would move. He created a digital map that when you set an object on it, it would tell you where to find that item.
The most impressive technological item that he demonstrated was an interactive camera that projects on any surface, applications and programs that you interact with using sensors on your fingers. The camera recognizes what you are looking at, such as a book, and then finds information on that item using the Internet and projects it. You can peform any function and then some that you can do with a computer.
